How To Fix TiWorker.exe High CPU Or Disk Usage Problem In Windows

TiWorker.exe is the process of Windows Update service, and it will start when booting up your computer typically in a dormant state that only uses resources like RAM or Disk without using CPU power until necessary to complete updates on its own accord after which tiworker releases these computers’ allocated bandwidth back for others who need access immediately

But this process can sometimes also cause high PC’s resource usage, including CPU and memory in Windows 8.1 as well as disk I/O wait times because TiWorker is a large executable causing extra load on your system resources without anything else running at the same time . Even though Microsoft has made some changes to improve performance by not loading certain tools when using virtualization technology like Hyper-V or VMWare Workstation Player which allows it run more smoothly with less strain from user’s perspective – but still many users find themselves suffering from slowdowns associated these programs due largely down updating their operating systems after installing recent updates such belong page file limitations caused by increased demand

You’ll be prompted to enter your password before being taken into a screen where you can search for errors or try solving them yourself with one of two tools: Automated Repair (runs without human intervention) or Advanced Solutions Diagnostics. Click on Next when finished selecting which method you’d like used; it will automatically diagnose your Windows system if there is any available error! After running both above steps reboot computer as instructed by windows notification message appearing after completion

4. Scan and Fix Corrupted System FScan and Fix Corrupted System Filesiles

Sometimes, system files can get corrupted and cause a high resource usage problem in Windows. You’ll need to use SFC ( scans for corruptions) command with CMD prompt by pressing Window +X then A on your keyboard or through Explorer/ File Manager .

To start this process press windows+x followed by “A” under User Account Control if enabled; otherwise choose “Yes” afterwards when prompted as administrator privileges are required during execution of these commands.

Command Prompt is the best tool for performing quick repairs on your computer’s system files. In order to automatically scan and fix any issues before they worsen, input this command into CMD: sfc /scannow Then wait until it finishes scanning your hard drive – usually takes less than 10 minutes!
